THE PARENTS of a five-year-old boy with one of the world’s rarest conditions have told how every day is a battle to keep him alive.

Luca Pucella suffers from an incurable illness which causes rapid weight gain and stunted growth along with potentially deadly breathing problems and an inability to feel pain properly.

He is thought to be one of only 75 people in the world with the devastating condition called ROHHAD (Rapid onset of Obesity with Hypothalmic Hypoventilation Autonomic Dysfunction).
